The die machined from special high-grade alloy steel.

FLOW DISTRIBUTION:Coat hanger or fish tail type

FLOW SURFACE:All Flow surfaces in contact with the polymer are high grade polished and hard chrome plated.

Hand adjustment by push screws M12 X 80 Acting on the Flexible Lip.

HEATING:By means of special cartridge heaters made according to high wattage specifications, wired up to multiple connectors in order to prevent zone interface. Each zone has a drilling for thermocouples.
